Basically, in the Islamic view, all work must be carried out in a planned manner, this concerns individuals and an institution in carrying out their work programs in order to get the desired results.

In an effort to run the program, amil zakat, infak, alms institutions towards a more advanced course there are various ways, including through programs offered to the public, and running the program as well as possible, this is of course so as not to give the impression of an unprofessional institution in carry the trust of the community. Because this indicates a lack of institutional management of the program that is owned, if the application of program management can be maximized, such as in the case of efforts to produce Qur'an memorizing cadres as a basis for strengthening Qur'anic generations, then the institution will more easily develop its programs.

Efforts to produce memorizers of the Qur'an are being carried out by PPPA Daarul Qur'an by utilizing Infaq and Alms funds from the community and managing them into various programs that are beneficial to the community, including the Qur'an Memorizing Nursery Program through Tahfidz House, Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School, which focuses on cadre memorization of the Qur'an, this is because by looking at the condition of Muslims, especially the next generation who seem to be worried, where they are unable to read and have memorized the Qur'an, and practice it.

Based on the problems with these conditions, the authors aim to conduct this research, in order to find out the management of PPPA Daarul Qur'an in planning and implementing Al-Qur'an memorization nursery programs, one of which is the Tahfidz House Program, and hopes to make a contribution and contribute to scientific development in the field of Islamic institutional management.

This research is field research, and is descriptive in nature and in collecting data using purposive sampling techniques, this research uses observation, documentation and interview methods. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis by drawing conclusions using inductive data.

From the findings of this study it is that the Management of the Qur'an Memorizing Nursery Program which has been carried out by PPPA Daarul Qur'an in making the planning and implementation stages in the field as well as coordinating the members and evaluating the final results which have been well realized, this is seen by the positive response from the community with the increasing list of Tahfidz Houses scattered in several regions, along with the number of students who are interested in memorizing the Qur'an, as well as being supported by their ever-increasing memorization abilities.
